Academy of Bir Gorkha Security Service Pvt. Ltd. recently conducted a comprehensive training program on fire safety, prevention, and emergency response for the staff of Nepal Shipping & Air Logistics Pvt. Ltd. and The Malla Hotel.
The primary objective of the training was to enhance awareness and preparedness among employees regarding fire hazards, preventive measures, and appropri ate response techniques in the event of an emergency. The sessions were designed and led by experienced trainers from the Academy, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical demonstrations.
Participants were trained on identifying fire risks, operating fire extinguishers, implementing evacuation procedures, and coordinating with emergency services. The training also emphasised the importance of early detection, communication, and the role of individual responsibility in ensuring workplace safety.
This initiative is part of the Academy’s ongoing commitment to supporting organizations in strengthening their safety protocols and building a culture of vigilance and responsibility.
